Recommendations for the BC Parks reservation service.
Who: BC Parks (for the BCIT MDIA 3540 UX Strategy 2 Course)
What: Every year BC Parks receives thousands of reservations through their booking site and has undergone significant updates to enhance user experience. The site still gets mixed reviews about the site's navigation system and high demand. In order to understand why we conducted various usability studies to test three hypotheses.
Why: To gather user feedback and provide recommendations on how to improve the reservation experience.
